Bio

Yeongin Kim joined the Department of Information Systems in 2018. He completed his doctoral degree in Management Science with Information Systems concentration at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2018. He received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Inha University, South Korea, in 2007 and a MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2013. His areas of expertise include efficient use of healthcare IT, service innovation in multi-sided markets, and societal impact of artificial intelligence. His recent works have been published in leading IS journals such as MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, and Decision Support Systems.
