Hawley works as the Director of Graduate Program Recruitment in the School of Business, developing strategies to recruit and retain high performing students. A proud alum, she earned her bachelor's degree and her Master of Education with a concentration in College Counseling and Student Affairs from Virginia Commonwealth University. Hawley has over ten years of experience working in higher education focused on admissions and recruitment.
