Bio
Mr. Taylor specializes in real estate valuation, brokerage, consulting, and litigation support. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI and SRA professional designations. Mr. Taylor is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation Mr. Taylor is licensed as a certified general appraiser and real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He served as a course reviewer for the Appraisal Foundation until his appointment as a trustee of the Foundation. Mr. Taylor is a member of the board of directors of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate and the American Real Estate Society. He is a past Chair of the Appraisal Institute's Education Trust Fund, and he served as the Chair of the Real Estate Center Directors and Chairholders' Association. Mr. Taylor is a past president of the Virginia Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
In 2001 Mr. Taylor was appointed to the Virginia Continuing Education Board by the Commissioner of Insurance of the State Corporation Commission. He holds property & casualty producer and property & casualty resident consultant licenses.
