Bio

Professor Kelley is a seasoned senior executive, speaker, professor, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in food retailing, consumer products, and management consulting. His areas of expertise include business strategy, brand management, customer experience, retail operations, organization culture, and change management. From 1987 -2004, Bob led the effort to develop a high performance service-culture at Ukrop’s Super Markets Inc., a regional supermarket operator known internationally for service excellence, food innovation and social responsibility. While Bob was at Ukrop’s, the organization was featured in numerous books, articles, research studies and television shows including the bestseller Discovering the Soul of Service. Fortune Magazine rated Ukrop’s as one of the Top 100 Companies to Work for in America from 1999 - 2004. Since 1987, Bob has been a featured speaker at international, national, state, and local conferences and workshops to include FMI, NGA, IGA, ASTD, CIES, and SHRM. Bob received his Doctorate in Education from the College of William and Mary.
