His teaching portfolio reflects a broad range of interests, including quantitative methods, supply chain management, process control, and business statistics.
At Virginia Commonwealth University, Dr. Kwaramba teaches Process Control, emphasizing the application of analytical tools and methodologies to monitor and improve operational efficiency. He also recently taught Business Statistics, where he guided students through the practical application of statistical techniques in business decision-making, fostering critical thinking and data literacy.
Dr. Kwaramba’s instructional approach integrates real-world cases, cutting-edge technologies like R, Python, and SPSS, and collaborative problem-solving to create an engaging and relevant learning environment. Dr. Christopher S. Kwaramba is a dynamic academic whose research and teaching interests bridge the fields of supply chain management, operations management, and information technology. As an Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, he is committed to advancing knowledge at the nexus of resilience, risk, and sustainability in global supply chains, contributing to the university's mission as an R1 research institution.

Dr. Kwaramba holds a Ph.D. in Business Information Technology and an MBA from Virginia Tech, a B.A. in Economics from Roanoke College, and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Idaho.
