Bio
Aaron Gilley, Ed.D., is adjunct instructor for BUSN 301. He has worked in human resources in the healthcare industry for 13 years, and prior to that he was a career counselor at the University of Virginia - both in the College of Arts & Sciences and the McIntire School of Commerce. Dr. Gilley is an alum of Virginia Commonwealth University (Ed.D., '25), East Tennessee State University (MA, '08), and Milligan College (BS, '05). He holds Stakeholder Centered Coaching certification through Marshall Goldsmith and Strategic HR Business Partner certification through the Human Capital Institute.
