Bio

Alexander (Alex) McKay is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Virginia Commonwealth University. He earned his PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in 2018. His research has been published in Personnel Psychology; Journal of Product Innovation Management; Human Performance; European Journal of Personality; Computers in Human Behavior; Psychology of Aesthetics, Creativity, and the Arts; and Journal of Creative Behavior and has been featured in media outlets such as Bloomberg, Bloomberg Triple Take television program, CO—by U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the With Good Reason radio program.
